A Track Record
Every case here started as someone else's dead end.
Hockey: Hip Pain

Problem
A chronically painful right hip during any fast movement: skating, running, jumping. Multiple prior visits to athletic trainers, physios, and specialists yet no improvement.
Solution
Everyone had been looking at the hip joint itself. I zoomed out and found weakness somewhere else in the pelvis entirely, the obliques.
Result
Consistent capacity work for the obliques, and the athlete's hip pain was gone, and could resume off-ice training & skating pain free.
Hockey: Groin Pain

Problem
Constant groin pain (7/10) during skating and off-ice training.
Solution
The athlete had already been through standard groin strengthening: copenhagens, adductor squeezes. However, these movements don't replicate what skating actually demands from the tissue. I designed exercises built to load those tendons the way sport requires.
Result
Immediate pain relief, and long term relief from consistent loading.
Hockey: Lower Back Pain

Problem
Persistent back pain during hockey games and certain workouts.
Solution
The athlete's team had already built plenty of strength, but hadn't addressed the quality of his movement. I retrained his lower back to move as one connected, segmental pattern, instead of concentrating stress at a single point.
Result
Pain-free in controlled environments. Now working to hold that quality under fast, game-like conditions.
