Different, on purpose.

Altera Performance exists because a coach went looking for a standard of care that didn't exist, and decided to build it themselves.

It started with Easton dealing with his own movement problems, injuries that wouldn't resolve, performance ceilings that nobody could explain, and a growing frustration with a system that kept offering the same answers to different questions. Years of searching led to the same conclusion: the level of care and quality of results they wanted for themselves simply wasn't available. The industry wasn't asking hard enough questions, nor was it critically thinking enough. It was settling, and so were the clients that were being served.

So instead of accepting that, he went further. More education. more experimentation, more critical thinking and more honest conversations about what was actually working and what wasn't.

MOVEMENT COACH

Easton specializes in complex movement problems. The ones that haven't responded to standard rehab, traditional strength programs, or generic training methods. His philosophy is simple: more of what isn't working will not work. Easton has helped athletes who once believed their limitations were permanent discover that they weren't. Easton is here to redefine what performance and longevity in sport can look like when someone is unwilling to settle for good enough.

Altera means to change.

Heres our process.

01 - Consult

We start by listening.

Before we look at how you move, we need to understand what you've already been through. What you've tried, what worked, and what didn't.

02 - Assess

We look at mechanics and capacity.

We assess how efficiently you move and your ability to sustain specific movement patterns under load and over time. We see if your tissues are prepared for the demands asked of them.

03 - Explore

We run experiments.

The consult and assessment create a priority list of what needs to change. Now we start testing with small, targeted and sometimes novel interventions designed to show us what your body responds to. Progress is our compass and if it's working, we follow it. If it isn't, we pivot.

04 - Coach

We stay ahead of the problem.

Once we've found what works, the focus shifts from reacting to staying ahead. We track how your body is responding to training and sport demands, reinforce what's working, and address subtle changes before they become setbacks. This is where real resilience is built.
